If you are spending lot of time in front of computers, you will get back pain.

Wrong posture is the main reason for back pain.

Men take more breaks than women. Once you concentrate on your work, you don’t want to take a break and you are hardly aware of your posture that leads to complications.

Treatment for back pain can be physiotherapy recommended by orthopedists. Traction and heat therapy are included for correcting posture.
